We want buyers picturing their future there and how they would live in the home.
Landscaping: Curb appeal is important and the very first impression, so make sure your landscaping is well-maintained and attractive. This includes mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, and planting colorful flowers. Don't forget to maintain once the listing is live or you have moved out.
Making repairs: Fix any minor issues such as leaky faucets, loose doorknobs, dead light bulbs, or wall patches. Again, we want buyers to focus on living there and creating an emotional tie to the home over drafting a "things to fix" list during the walk-through.
